At any time you can email us for informations about prices, transfers and everything you need to know about us. Click2Shuttle d.o.o. made the following terms and conditions defining the rights and the obligations between the company Click2Shuttle d.o.o. and users of transportation & travel agency services provided by the company, which operates under business name, Click 2 Shuttle on the website only for marketing purpose. Click2 Shuttle d.o.o. is a travel agency licensed for transportation of passengers in the internal road transport and in this text is a provider of transfer services & travel agency services. The client is a person who is using our website, reservation system, and our transportation & travel agency services in general (in this text is also known as a customer/user).

Reservations

When booking a transfer through our web pageclick2shuttle.com, customer, who has to be over the age of 18, is asked to write his personal informations (eg name, address, contact phone, etc.) and other customer’s information (eg name, date of birth). Some necessary informations can be forwarded to other places, such as insurance company, but only for the realization of the service. Payment details (eg bank card number, expiration date) are specifically protected and will only be available to banks or card holders for payment authorization.

Reservation & payment

For Private Transfers & Day Trips: When customer makes a booking he/she guarantee that he/she have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A voucher/contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our system. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by Croatian law, and the jurisdiction of the Croatian Courts. Customers who agree to cancel any part of their booking should note that their contract with click2shuttle.com and the supplier concerned will be terminated immediately. Immediate termination of the contract also applies where customers accept a refund, or part refund, at the time of cancellation. By making an online reservation/booking via the click2shuttle.com web page booking system, you can choose between paying the full amount at once with your credit card, 20% non-refundable deposit and the rest to driver directly after service is finished or you can choose paying total amount in cash (without deposit). Once you go to checkout and click pay now, you will get a confirmation email including contract. For Tour Packages: Customer will receive offer for the requested/tailor made tour package from the travel agency, Click 2 Shuttle d.o.o., operating under name Croatia-Private-Transfers.com. Upon agreeing on the price and terms and conditions, customer will receive payment instructions. Tour package is confirmed when the following conditions have been met: 30% of the total amount is due immediately at the time of reservation. Remaining 70% of the amount is due 45 days before the start of the tour. In case the customer does not make the remaining payment of 70%, 45 days before the start of the tour, tour is considered canceled and travel agency keeps 30% previously paid by the customer. Cancelation fees apply according to terms & conditions, cancelation/changes of travel & refund. Tour package is confirmed when the following conditions have been met: In case of ”last minute” booking (45 days before the start of the tour or less) the entire balance is to be paid at the time of reservation. Cancelation/Changes of travel & refund

Click2Shuttle.com reserves the right to cancel any transfer/tour due to unforeseen circumstances, like extreme weather conditions (bad weather, strong wind, snow, closed roads and closed bridges) etc. Click2Shuttle.com reserves the right to cancel any transfer/tour that is booked without 24 hour notice, or if at the time of the booking there are no vehicles available for the requested date/time. If you wish to change or cancel the reservation, you must do so in writing (via e-mail, fax or mail). We will approve change only if it is possible. Change of reservation understands the change of the number of Guests; change of consumer of service; change of accommodation, change of service and/or change of date of the service. If there is a possibility of a change of reservation without additional expenses, the change will be performed without extra charge. If a change of reservation requires additional expenses, those expenses will be extra charged to you with prior notice. In case, you do not accept extra charges caused by reservation change or if a change of reservation is not possible, and you for that reason cancel the reservation, conditions for canceled reservations will be applied as follows: – for reservation canceled up to 45 days prior to the beginning date of the service, we will charge 30% of the total amount of reservation – for reservation canceled from 44 to 30 prior to the beginning of the service, we will charge 40 % of the total amount of reservation – for reservation canceled from 29 to 0 prior to the beginning of the service, we will charge 100 % of the total amount of reservation When the reservation is paid by credit card, the refund will be given on the credit card as well. We are obligated to refund the amount for canceled reservations within 60 days of the accepted written document issued by the authorized institution in case of exceptional circumstances. If the Client who cancels a reserved and paid service finds a new customer for that service, we will charge only real additional expenses. New Client accepts all obligations from these General Terms and Conditions. All cancellations must be in writing – by e-mail.

Client's obligations

Clients are obligated to: – have valid travel documentation – respect and abide by all customs and foreign exchange regulations as well as the laws and other regulations of the Republic of Croatia – enquire whether or not you need the visa for the Republic of Croatia, and if so, you are obligated to pay expenses for it – abide by the house rules of the accommodation units and cooperate with the service providers in a well-intentioned manner – upon arriving at the destination, present the service provider with the document proving that the service is paid. If you do not follow these regulations, you will be responsible for expenses or damage. If you are coming with a pet, you are obligated to announce in advance number of pets eventually coming, type and size.

Liability insurance

All vehicles that are used for transfers are properly inspected and ensured in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. A passenger under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances won’t be allowed to enter a vehicle and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. A passenger whose behavior endangers the safety of driver, other passengers or other participants in traffic will be removed from the vehicle, and reported to local police department. Smoking,consuming alcohol or drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Everything else has to be approved by the driver or the owner of Click2Shuttle d.o.o. If the travel agency Click 2 Shuttle d.o.o. becomes insolvent after the start of the package, Click 2 Shuttle d.o.o. has policy of liability and insolvency protection with the insurer Generali Insurance d.d. Court jurisdiction

You have the right to judicial arbitration. If any dispute between us and you is not reconciled after a reasonable effort to do so on part of both sides, the dispute will be brought before the Arbitration court with Split Court jurisdiction – under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
