Do you allow pets on your vehicles?

Small pets are allowed. For a larger size pet, please let us know in advance trough e-mail.

What are the restrictions on luggage?

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. Per each passenger, one checked baggage and two carryon items are allowed. If you have excess luggage, please send us an email in advance.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation according to Terms & Conditions.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?

Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles but if you are a smoker, on a transfers longer we will make a stop for you!

Does the price of transfer includes a tip for driver?

Tips ar not included in the price, and they are well appreciated in Croatia.

How good is my driver?

All of our drivers are proffesionals with long term experience in passenger transport services.

I am travelling with children. Do you provide baby seats?

Yes, we provide child/baby seats and child boosters. Please, don’t forget to inform us in advance, during your booking process or via e-mail.

How can I find my transfer upon arrival?

Our driver will pick you up at your desired starting point. If the transfer includes the airport, ferry port or similar, driver awaits for you at the check-out exit with your name and sign.

Does your vehicle have Wifi?

Each of our vehicles has free water and free wifi so you can check e-mail,internet or even play games on your trip.

Is my driver speaking english?

Yes, all of our drivers are speaking perfect english so you can communicate with them as you please. Some of our drivers are speaking Italian and German additionally to english.

Is your service available at all times?

Yes, this is a 24 hours per day service.

Do I need to pay additionally if driver has to wait because of the flight delays?

If your flight is delayed, driver will be informed about the delay and will wait for you for free.We are always monitoring each flight so you don’t have to worry.

Can I pay the driver with cash?
